Everyone who spends time with me is probably so sick and tired of me constantly talking about how much I want PS Gourmet Coffee- no matter what hour of the day it is. Once you try a coffee from PS, you will never want to spend $5.09 on Starbucks ever again.
PS GOURMET COFFEE- 106 Dorchester St, 02127 Boston, MA
Established in 1986 and located in the heart of South Boston, PS Gourmet Coffee is probably the only coffee anyone drinks in the Boston area. People of all ages- especially teenagers and college students, travel from all ends of the city just to indulge in all the different coffee flavors that PS has to offer. I’ll even admit to taking a thirty-minute train ride with my friends just to get my hands on an iced pistachio coffee with soy milk, which costs me only three dollars for the best part of my day.
Rather than all sorts of sugary, fancy syrups, PS Gourmet’s drinks are freshly brewed with flavored coffee beans. One step into the coffee shop and you instantly feel an overwhelming sense of comfort and familiarity with their incredibly friendly baristas. Not to mention, coffee lovers can get their caffeine fix in what PS likes to call “The Bucket”- which is probably too much coffee for one to consume but most of us Bostonians don’t care. In fact, PS Gourmet Coffee’s slogan is “Home of the Bucket” because of its appeal to customers. With over 100 flavors of freshly brewed and novelty coffees, there’s something for everyone!
So, next time you find yourself in Boston, hop in an Uber or on the Red Line and go get yourself some of the best-flavored coffee from some of the friendliest people in all of Boston.
